Jean-Charles assists and advises companies in the day-to-day management of their social issues, both individual (contractual, disciplinary aspects...) and collective (working hours, management of relations with employee representatives, reorganisations, acquisition audits...). He also manages complex cases involving shareholder executives
He started his career at Arsene Taxand, where he developed his expertise in international mobility and the social and fiscal optimisation of income. He then worked for several years in the labour law department of the Parisian law firm Advant Altana, where he acquired a recognised expertise in high-value litigation (discrimination, harassment, compensation and management of the consequences of restructuring).
Jean-Charles has published several legal books (including "Le Contrôle Urssaf en pratique" - Editions Lamy) and articles in labour law journals.
He is a member of ANDRH 8ème Elysée and was one of the co-founders of the think tank "L'Observatoire des métiers du futur".
He holds a Master I in Business Law and a Master II in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes I.
Antonin holds a Master's degree in Labor Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence, and after several years of practice with the law firm ACTANCE (Paris), he now has solid experience in advising companies on all collective and individual labor law issues, as well as in managing pre-litigation and litigation files.
A former member of the Paris Bar, Sylvain began his career in the employment law departments of renowned business law firms.
He advises and litigates on issues related to individual and collective labor relations. An English speaker, Sylvain is also developing legal expertise in international mobility and professional immigration issues.
